As a man beards are just the best, id rather trim my beard every day than shave. Mine has two spots of red in it so its a conversation starter, keeps my face warm and looks cool. Swiss army beard! Toothpick attachment is coming in on Thursday. My wife likes mine as long as its trimmed a bit.

Best advice i can give you that is so far working for me, Do it for yourself, and believe yourself. If you dont want to do it 100% your just setting yourself up for sadness. you can say your on a diet and eat healthy but you need to be happy while your doing it.

when i accidentally started starving myself. But after that it was counting calories and reading labels, figuring out whats in the food i eat. I did eat less than what i am now but over 3500 calories a day, really bad food choices obviously.

1 day at a time. gaining 5 pounds on vacation is not that bad. don't let it get the best of you. do you get headaches?

honestly im fat enough that if i walk a bit and watch what i eat i loose weight. But i do some resistance training with the elastic bands, exercise bike and weight lift, low weight high reps. but that's just me

Moderation, i still give in to some stuff, feeding a craving every once in a while is not a bad thing. That food from TGI will pass through your system in a couple of days and you'll be ok. Do what i do, set up a cheat or reward day with something in moderation eat some cheese, have a home made hamburger, and if it makes…
