I take Wellbutrin and Metformin (for PCOS & weight loss, not diabetes) It really has helped with my appetite during the day, specifically in the morning for some reason. Sometimes I get sick from not eating and I don't want to eat. But come night time I still binge. Its like I eat from the moment I walk through the door…

That's how I feel. The way I see it, I am never going to be a normal eater. So I'm either going to binge myself to 600 lbs, or count every calorie obsessively. At least with the latter I will be healthier. Maybe someday I will be able to maintain but I think I am going to struggle with this my whole life

Ouch... Your score was 36 out of a possible 46. Scores in the 27 - 46 range indicate severe Binge eating behavior.

I went to the Dr for this. My period isn't completely gone but I only have one every few months. Turns out I have PCOS. Make an appointment

I know what you mean :( I think the hardest part for me is that in that moment I don't even want to stop

Yes my husband lost 100 lbs and went down shoe sizes and widths

For me, my weight is serious. However if I dwell on the fact that I am so overweight and over think the situation I end up feeling like I am worthless, my life is useless, and I have no purpose. I think it's very motivating to have a reminder that I should count my blessings and it keeps me going.

I understand what you are saying OP and I agree. Sometimes we zone in so much and focus so intently on the little things we forget to count our blessings as well and put it into perspective.

Have you tried the weight watchers diet soda cupcakes? Its so easy, just take a can of diet soda, a box of cake mix, mix and cook according to the directions on the box. Ive done it with cola and chocolate cake and it was delicious. Ive heard of people using orange soda and vanilla, sprite and strawberry cake, etc. Not…

You work out like a mad man, take your vitamins, eat your vegetables, and have lost 150 lbs. You're good.

OK folks I tried this last night with sugar free jello and the same amount of liquid listed in the first recipe. The texture came out GREAT! however.... the flavor was extremely puckering and overwhelming. I do NOT recommend using flavored jello as a replacement for the Mio!!

can't wait to try this! thanks!

Love it. Don't mind it on the back either, I'll admit it!

What a great topic! Posting so I can check back later. I haven't read any like that but I find posting on the forums here and reading other peoples posts are really motivating to me :)

I don't cheat because this isn't a diet. This is my life now. I try to do my best every day and sometimes I eat super healthy and sometimes I don't. I just try to make healthy choices more often than not.

Even Jillian stated in a podcast to take rest days. She said the "30 day" part of it was for marketing. You do it 30 times. Not 30 days in a row.

Add in some fruit and veggies for snacks

no thanks.

Me too. I asked my therapist once "will I have to count calories forever?!" and he responded "look at it this way, you will need to monitor your health the rest of your life".

Dan you have got to come out of this slump! Set a goal, and go for it. Then set another one. Find something to look forward to, something that motivates you.

My husband had weight loss surgery and had no complications and lost 100 lbs. However it was very, very hard. Harder than traditional weight loss. Very restricted diet and mentally draining.
