Exactly my point. She is making the assumption that if you don't look like her you are making excuses. Maybe someone doesn't want to look like her. They are good where they're at.

I don't think she is fat shaming, but she is making the assumption that everyone that doesn't look like her is making excuses. Maybe not everyone wants to be that fit. To me, inspirational, but I can see where to others it might be offensive.

This is so true. I work 10 hour days and an hour commute. I get home, eat, put my child to bed, and go to bed. I wake up at 4am to work out.

I would sleep the extra hour. 5 hours of sleep does not seem like much. Who watches her while you work? Could they take her to school and that way you can work out after work and then have more time with her in the afternoon before work?

I'm gonna go ahead and AGREE here as well. Most of the time we are overtired, over thinking, and just need to go the F to sleep. We actually say "lets go to bed and talk about this tomorrow" and tomorrow we are FINE!
