I am looking for a few good mfp buddies who are in a similiar boat as me.

I am 27 y/o married mother of one.
5'2
SW: 228
CW: 164

I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle since July 2012.

I work out 3 to 5 times a week. I don't have a gym membership, so I do all my workouts at home (elliptical, fitnessblender videos, jogging).

I try to eat healthy but enjoy "junk" periodically.

I have a couple of really great support buddies here but could use a few more!

  • Hi! I'm also a 27 year old mother of one!
I started my journey about 5 months ago and it's been slow and steady ever since.

You are so very welcome to add me!
  • I am slow and steady

    I'm 25, mom to 1.

Trying to slowly change my habits, not all at once. Which means I sometimes eat 3000 calories. But it is better than what I was eating. I will work my way down!

Hi, I am happy for any of you to add me.

A bit about me, my name is Jenn, I'm 5ft 2", 32 and single... in May 2010 I weighed 14st 7lbs (203lbs) and was wearing size 18/20 jeans, by August I was in size 14 (I can't remember my actual weight), after that things went a bit mad and I gained and then lost and then gained and then..... you get the idea. Any way, by the end of Jan this year with what felt like a lot of work I had managed to be back at 14st 7lbs, I decided to kick myself in the backside and work twice as hard, in late March I fainted which led to it being discovered that I have something called atrial flutter, by mid June I was house-bound due to the severity of my symptoms and have now put on more weight (I realised I had got up to 213lbs) I'm now down to 210.5 & have been told I'll be going into hospital early next month to have an ablation and possibly/probably a pacemaker fitted. I'm getting back on the wagon with my food and hope to be back to 'normal' fitness (for me) by Xmas so I can start exercising properly.

    I don't expect miracles, I will be happy if I lose 1 to 2lbs a week. My goal weight is between 126 & 133lbs.
