I live in the country and it takes 30 minutes to get to my gym so I find that I mostly work out after work. If I could find the motivation and energy to get up and drive to the gym at 4:30 I would. It is still my goal.:smile: :smile:

I use Secret Clinical and it works very well for me. It's a little expensive but worth it in my opinion.

It is your choice whether or not you eat your exercise calories. I do eat them some days and others I do not. If you just eat the calories they have for you without exercising you will lose weight. The exercise will either earn you some extra food or it will speed up your weight loss. At least this is the way it has worked…
