My advice is to stop focusing on a number. Eat healthy (in a way that will be sustainable for a lifetime), exercise, and your body will settle where it needs to be! Hi! I am 5'11" and weighed in at 143 this morning. I hover between 142-144 most mornings. I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER!!! I eat right and lift weights with a day or two of cardio thrown in a week. You can find my success story here which includes pictures……

5'11" Starting Weight - Somewhere around 200lbs Current Weight - 145 It took me about 6 months to lose the weight. I added weight lifting about 5 months into my journey. Feeling better than I EVER have in my life! This is me somewhere around 200... And this is me now!

I am 5'11" and have been maintaining at about 148 for 3 months. I lift at the gym 4 days a week and have built up some great muscle. I'm in a size 6 and feel better than I ever have!
