mine only works if I use the link http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/ as per midsummer1 instructions but I can only view points for the same day. If I go back to previous day no points are shown... any thoughts?

Have noticed a big difference since turning 40 (am now about to turn 45).. not helped by not being able to exercise routinely due to injury after injury... How many calories are you eating cataire3?? I have just had my thyroid levels checked and all normal..

thanks for the info..due to injuries I'm not doing a lot of exercise however i still think the MFP recommend 1200 is a bit low. Interested how much more calories your wife was eating and what her macro nutrient split was prior to 40/40/20 ??

ok... why not.. want to lose 5 kgs (11lbs).. that said, have wanted to lose 5 kgs for about 18 months so clearly need motivation and need to be accountable ... what's your number ??

I find 1200 too restrictive to follow every day. Have checked on other apps and for 5'7" and 155 lbs wanting to lsoe 1 lb/week it is more like 1400-1500 which is more reasonable... Also looking for friends but not sure how to add any ??

Hi again. Just thought I would also mention that hair loss could well be a hormone issue. I lost heaps of hair after I had my children. When they were about 4-5 months old it fell out for a couple of months - it did grow back and you could actually see all the new regrowth. Could also be a change in the pill etc etc.
