I always weigh in the morning as my "true weight". Its normal to "gain" a few pounds during the day, especially if you drink a lot of water.

I don't eat more, I just eat differently. Now is the time to enjoy healthy comfort foods like soups, potatoes, chilli, stews, and whatever else you might enjoy. I also sip on hot water throughout the day instead of cold water.

I mean that you can still do Weight Watchers and eat "unhealthy" foods by counting points if you wanted to. I did not say that all people on Weight Watchers do not care about the quality of their food. Counting points is the Weight Watcher equivalent to portion control. That's all I meant, so please take a deep breath and…

I plank on the bathroom floor for as long as I can right before betting into the shower. Sounds silly but my water takes forever to warm up so I figure, why not?
-
Well, Weight Watchers is not about eating "healthy" per se, its more about portion control.

You don't need him to believe you. Results speak louder than words!

Carbs all day every day! Not having carbs at dinner just leaves me hungry and unsatisfied, leading to binges. I keep my fats low though, usually less than 30g. However, some people thrive off low-carb and higher-fat. Find what works for YOU.

5'4, 130 lbs. I am very small-boned, so this looked a lot worse than you might think. I was doing absolutely no physical activity either, so I had so much cellulite all over my legs and a super-round face.

I am so guilty of this. I'll Be thinking, "damn, I look so good lately! GIMME THE CHICKEN TENDERS 'COZ I DESERVE IT!"
-
Fish! You don't need much, maybe just some lemon-pepper or lemon juice. I just add some paprika on Sole and its delish!

I eat! If you're genuinely hungry, that is your body telling you to feed it. If you're consistently feeling hungry you may want to consider upping your calorie allowance.

Its all about the man you're with. If he's the right guy for you he will support you and understand that you have goals that do not involve pizza, ice cream, and other junk all the time. Of course, those things do no harm in moderation and can be enjoyed with your significant other from time to time. So anyone should tell…

Ahh this is my ultimate fear. I love my booty and do not want to lose it. Also, cardio is not a waste of time. Gosh..

Agreed, agreed. If you have an eating disorder you shouldn't be on any "diet" anyway. Instead, you should be focusing on finding a healthy relationship with food. Please seek professional help, it will do a lot more for you than following a diet that makes you want to punch a hole in a wall will.

I have not had McDonalds since December. Thats something I've cut out completely because its just not worth it. For other things, I let myself have treats once in a while. But to blow my entire days worth of calories on one meal at McDonalds, no thanks.

I'm a University student trying to balance school, fitness, health, and social life! Sound familiar? Feel free to add me :)

I did it and I was miserable. Results vary from person to person. Find what works for you and stick to it. For me, its carbs for life

Montrealer right here :)

Well, nowadays I'd definitely be thinking about how much I am going to regret this, but my answer is cookies. I can polish off a bag of cookies like its the last meal I'll ever eat. As a kid, my parents used to call me "Cookie Monster" and my cousins would call me "Oreo".
-
Precisely. That happened to me today, too. I feel crummy about it but tomorrow is a new day and I know that this one day won't negate my hard work.

Great job :)

I live on my treadmill. I like to run outside sometimes, but I'd say 90% of my workouts take place on the treadmill and I have seen excellent results from it. It was great for getting me started, and now I can adjust it to any difficulty I like.
