Hi everyone, it has taken a while due to reduced motivation and a nasty ear infection, but I am happy to report the scales are my friend and I have lost another 2lbs SW - 140 CW - 136 Well done to everyone who is sticking with it :)

Sadly no loss for me this week Last week: 138 This week: 138 A week of PMT, The Stone Roses gig and an ear infection has meant my motivation was low. But I won't let it get me down, next week I know i will see a loss :) Keep it up everyone.

Last week 140 This week 138 Yeessssssss!!!!!! Today is the start of another mini weight loss journey, need to learn from last week and stay motivated even though got a couple of potentially dangerous social events eek.

Hi shimmergal, Well done for staying on track!! Doing ok, epic fail yesterday followed by good day today. I am currently struggling with the early evening sugar cravings :). I like your goal of moving 30mins a day, good luck!!

Hi, I started on Tuesday, I'm in the UK so might have different times on MFP... But feel free to add me as a friend, I track everyday and try to think of 1 goal a day to stay on track :). I don't know what Curves is but good luck! All others feel free to add I need more support on my news feed!!!!
