phew thanks guys!!!! i just didnt understand what was going on!!! so just stick to what im doing and drink lots and should go back to normal??? i mean i ride my horse 5 times a week and go the gym 6 times im on my feet all day at work so i shouldnt have put that on in fat xx

and that for sure is it as i always keep inside my calorie goal, and i only eat back some of the calories i burn like 200 maybe??? i eat less than 2000, its just the first time its happened and im worried.

i need some help too i seem to have gained 4 pounds in 2 days out of nowhere!!!! i excercise 6 times a week, and stck to my calories 1310 and this has just seemed to appear yesterday when i weighed myself!!! feel like back to square one i have lost 19lbs in total and wanna do another 12 but its just so hard!!!!! xx
