Thanks for posting Amy's article - I have spoken with her and she does advocate for increasing protein as long as you are not doing Keto for medical reasons. She also does a nice job explaining the connection between being in ketosis and being fat adapted.

Keep in mind, too much protein can kick some people out of ketosis, since excess protein (more than the body needs) gets converted to glucose.

Set my settings so you can view. I don't eat red meat, and not much chicken, but I guess increasing chicken/turkey would get me there?

Great post and really helpful replies. I can't seem to stop either.
