Wowzers! 8.6 lbs lost in one month's time???!!! GREAT JOB!! :) Is it the Zumba off the infomercial or no? Just curious. I hope I'm not building myself up for all this fun and then be disappointed.

Wow. Yikes. That makes me think a little bit. Thanks for telling me that. I go back to work a month from today and people are going to think I'm still pregnant because my gut is so huge. I'm 5'4" and 168 lbs... it bothers me terribly.

I'm 7 weeks cesarean postpartum. I gained 45 lbs during my pregnancy. The first 25 fell off immediately. I have been at the same weight for 5 weeks and that's with nursing. Ive cut out soda and have been watching my portions and the choices I'm making. And I'm just stuck. I did the shred for two days and my appetite…

Just an fyi, I contacted my doctor and asked her if I was all clear and she said to just listen to my body and I should be able to resume exercise just fine. :) whew!

I am also doing the Shred. I am on day 3 of level 1. Day 2 was much easier than day 1. I did it two days in a row, but I'm debating as to whether or not I should be taking breaks because I'm 6 weeks cesarean postpartum. I have also been 1 week with no pop, which is a killer for me, and I've been watching my food choices…

I asked her about exercise and she only warned me about exercise impacting my milk supply. She never really said I couldn't due to…
