I love Zumba but I would try a class first. It seems like a lot to spend if your not sure. If you love to dance, you will enjoy it. I like the energy in a class setting but I think I might try the DVD's as well. Let me know what you decide. Go Zumba!

Thanks for all the advice. I have changed my weight loss goals from 2 pounds a week to 1 pound. Maybe that will help. I will try that and see how it goes. Thanks everyone. I will fill you all in... Keep your fingers crossed. So glad that I have all of the support here.

I was able to loose 6 pounds in the beginning of the month but have not lost anymore. I guess I should be happy but am somehow frustrated. . 5 Lbs next month I swear

IM totally in. I will double my water and make it to my favorite class that I could not do in 3 weeks. Hopefully nothing will get in my way of that 6:30pm class. I will stay and do free weights after too. Ok Ladies let's do this.

Just weighed myself this morning. It said 193 but I did not believe it -my last weigh in was 196, so I logged in at 194 just in case it was wrong. Is that insane? So I'm 194. I've lost 6 lbs. I made the April challenge! Woohoo. We can do it together. Thanks guys, Jess

Hello all, I seem to be motivated and doing all my logging in. I was down 4.5 lbs, but seem to have gone up 1 pound. I am trying not to weigh myself everyday but it is hard to stay away. Ahh So I guess I'll weigh on Sundays and use the last day of the month for my official total. I'm glad that there is so much support out…

OK I'm new and a little late. But I'm in... Starting weight: 200 lbs Goal by end of April: 195. lbs I started just around April first. I am almost there. Woohoo. We can totally do this.
