I was just coming on here to ask the same things. I always log fruit, but don't always log vegetables. I wouln't bother with lettuce and cucumber, and didn't bother in the past with other salad vegetables, but have started to add them too. I might add them for a few days, just to see what difference it makes.

I'm vegetarian, have been for almost 30 years. I try to avoid all dairy products, but slip up sometimes on products which I am not aware contain gelatine. Fee free to add me, I'm always looking for meal inspiration.
