I got really busy this week. Heading to the beach and I’m very excited! :laugh: I hope to see a bit of sun but it can be tough on the Oregon Coast. Commitment for the next few days; I plan on getting a lot of walking in :) And will try super duper hard to not over indulge. I’ll see you all next week :bigsmile:

After work today; Day 6, L1, 30DS. Walk 3.5 miles

I added the butter today! Butter, Coconut Oil, Heavy cream and coffee. It was pretty tasty! Not to mention how full I was until after lunch time and I still have a ton of energy.

Today and tomorrow I’m volunteering for a free medical and dental clinic. I won’t have time to officially work out. BUT, the church where the clinic is hosted is about a mile or so from work. UPHILL! :tongue: So, I will be walking there and back. Plus unloading all of the equipment (My team is on the second floor). WOOT!

I plan on doing 30DS tonight along with a walk/run! I signed up for a 1/2 marathon in August!! Now I have a goal to train for! :bigsmile:

Did day 2 of the 30DS! I plan on walking today in between rain showers. Not sure that I’m ready for Weigh in tomorrow :tongue: Side note.. It hurts to walk up stairs... :laugh: Guess that means the work out video is working!

Ok... Did the 30 Day Shred video.. (day 1….woweee...) And I did 3 miles (walking 3.7 pace) tonight plus a mini workout at work :) I need new shoes..My feet hurt. And funny thing. I was so excited to be working out.. I put on 2 different pairs of shoes.. <sigh> noticed when I got home.. Owell…guess whatever gets the job…

First commitment completed!! I worked out this morning! To help me meet my water goal for today, I made a jug of lemon, cucumber and ginger water. It turned our super good and should last throughout the day. Sometimes I need a bit of something in my water. I will walk on lunch break and walk and bike Ride tonight!

Yep, the weekends are pretty tough for me too and my phone app doesn’t work well. It seems like we have been having a lot of stuff to do on the weekends and it makes it tough to eat well. I end up drinking a beer or 2 :noway: So, I guess thats my new challenge.

Weather is so nice today! So I think I’m going to head to a park with a friend and do some serious walking! Saturday will be yardwork/gardening and hopefully a nice hike or bike ride someplace! I think I’ll be ready for the weigh in.

Decided that today, I'd walk to get my veggies from the fruit stand instead of driving! 3.5 miles at a 3.8 m pace.. Hoooowaaazzzaaa!!!! I feel great! !

Pretty much anything with a good beat. It helps me keep going. One of my favorites on my play list is a remix of "Eye of the Tiger" Nothing like that song to really get you going!

Walk 1 mile on lunch (going to go do this after I post) Walk at least 2 miles after work since the weather is so nice. Just got a bosu ball with a video. I plan on trying it out tonight.
