  • I agree - skip the bun. Also try to get a smaller, JR sized, or kids burger...and 1/2lb giant burger is bound to have a ton of calories and fat! So just get one of the smaller sized options and skip the bun and fries (I too wouldn't dream of skipping the cheese) and enjoy your night out! :) Also - just FYI a turkey burger…

  • Different people react differently to different birth control pills, so just talk to your doctor and you will be able to find something that will work well for you! :) You may have to try a few before you find one that gives you the fewest side effects, but it'll be worth it! Good luck!
  • You sodium intake will only cause you go lose or gain water weight (not fat) so just keep it in mind if you weight a wee bit more in the morning! Just drink extra water and you'll be fine! :drinker:
  • All i know is I had a cheapo non-digital scale and it was soooo off! On several occasions i weighed before and after using the restroom (weird, i know) and the silly thing had me weighing 1-2lbs more AFTER! Plus if you step on it a few times in a row and stand on different parts of the scale i could be + or - up to 5lbs!!!…

  • The MFP calorie calculator doesn't really know how hard you worked...if you did hills, etc. If the machine asks your weight I go with the machine...if not I go for MFP. Good luck!
  • I have lost 20 lbs!!! Only 23 more to go! I am almost 1/2 way done!!! My smallest "Fat pants" are loose and I'm feeling pretty good! In 9lbs I'll no longer be overweight!! I weigh the least I have weighed in more than 2 years!!! Yessssssssss!!!

  • I LOVE cereal...any kind really...the light sweetness of the cereal and cold milk...YUMMY!!! I know it's a wierd thing to crave and love (i'd have cereal over desert any day)!!! Anyone else crave strange foods?
  • I'm the same way...and when I feel fat I figure I should just keep eating because I am already fat anyway!!! Don't let it get you down!!! A few chips and a bite of cookie is probably less than 200 calories! No biggie!!! Go for a walk and you will be fine!
  • I use fat free mayo...but i'm not a big mayo person. I dont use it in sandwiches, just in stuff like chicken salad and cole slaw.
  • Unfortunately, we don't get to pick which fat goes first! Just keep losing and it will eventually go away! Doing ab work will make your stomach look nice once youlose the fat, but it wont make your stomach smaller now. Just keep it up!!! :flowerforyou:

  • I like lean cuisine...I have never cared for the Healthy Choice ones...probably because I'm not a big meat eater and they are meatier...? I bring a lean cuisine (and some fruit and a pudding) for lunch whenever I work. It keeps me pretty full and I get to eat all the tasty pastas I crave without using up 2,000 cals for it!

  • I just guess...that looks like 2 cups...ish...since lettuce is so low cal you will be fine!! I'm pretty sure you could eat 2 whole heads of lettuce a day on top of your allotted calories and you would still lose!
