How many calories does 30 minutes of pilates burn?
I do a pilates video at least 3 times a week, and i can't find anything comprable in MFP to count the cals burned. Its a pretty difficult exercise...you use your abs to hold yourself in difficult positions, etc. How many calories do you think 30 minutes of pilates burns?

I'm FINALLY a "healthy" weight!!
I've been overweight for years and I am finally within my ideal weight range and in the healthy BMI category!!! I weigh 169lbs. My target weight range: 125.3 - 169.3 lbs and my current BMI is 25!! I still want to lose another 14lbs...but I'm well on my way to being healthy and fit!!! :smile:

Can't find nutritional info!!!
I ate lunch at Atlanta Bread Company and had the Organic Chicken and Wild Rice soup. It was a delish non-creamy soup. Problem is I cannot find the calorie content ANYWHERE!!! wilted salad blues...
I work the night shift at a hospital and every night I bring my lunch and some salad dressing and go down to the cafeteria to get salad. They usually have spinach and mixed greens and yummy veggies...but the last few times the salad has been all wilted and brown! Leaving me hungry and tempted by all the naughty treats down…

Finally - my clothes aren't tight!
I haven't made it down to a smaller size yet - but my 12s are finally fitting right (some are even loose!)!! Maybe in another 10lbs or so I'll move on down and eventually be a 10...or maybe even an 8! Single didgit sizes here I come!!! :)

20 lbs down!!!
I have lost 20 lbs!!! Only 23 more to go! I am almost 1/2 way done!!! My smallest "Fat pants" are loose and I'm feeling pretty good! In 9lbs I'll no longer be overweight!! I weigh the least I have weighed in more than 2 years!!! Yessssssssss!!!

Wierd foods you can't stop eating...
I LOVE cereal...any kind really...the light sweetness of the cereal and cold milk...YUMMY!!! I know it's a wierd thing to crave and love (i'd have cereal over desert any day)!!! Anyone else crave strange foods?

Only 3lbs lost in a month

Naughty day today!

Almost a "normal" weight!!!

Progress!!!
I've lost 8lbs in almost a month! Not bad! :bigsmile: Also, my "love handles" are notably smaller...and you can almost see the outline of my abs!!! I'm only 2 lbs away from the lowest weight in over a year!!! I am so excited that I am finally doing this for real!!! yessssssss!!!!! :drinker:

Black coffee
I was always to chicken to try my coffee black. I drink at least 2 cups a day...so even with skim milk the calories can add up. So, today i tried it! Just a little splenda and it is DELICIOUS!!!!
