That's why I try to know the calories on everything I eat. If I don't know I pick the highest reasonable calories for the item just to be safe.

Try the Nike Training Club app. I'm not sure if it's available for Droid OS but definitely available with iOS.

Best ones I've found are the ones that came with my iPhone 5. Tried many many different ones. These stay in and work great.

I have a 32oz bottle I keep at work. I know I need to drink at least 4 throughout the day. When it's really hot that's not difficult at all. Then I drink out of my shaker cup after workouts and in the morning. 8oz is one cup

Right now I have myself set on losing about 90 pounds. But I might change that depending on how healthy I am at 60-70 lbs lost.

I agree. It's most likely caffeine withdrawal. You might need to slowly reduce your soda/sugar intake so you don't shock your body.

I drink a MINIMUM of a gallon a day. On hot days like this week(I work where there is no AC) I have been drinking 1.5-2 gallon a day. Mostly sweating it all out.

I try not to eat "sugar added" foods. But I don't pay much attention to my sugar I take when it's just from fruits.

Wraps all day!! Veggie, turkey, ham, pastrami, chicken, steak. You name it and I've put it in a wrap for work.

I very very rarely drink soda. But when I do it's usually diet. But I might drink it 3-5 times a year. If that.

I do but try to stick to whole wheat only. I am trying to cut back on all carbs I'm general. Definitely my weakness.

New to the boards but been using MFP on and off for a few years. It's great and works. I personally just have a hard time staying on track long term.
