I LOVE Optimum Nutrition Oats & Whey. It's not super low carb but it has oats/oat fiber in it so those are good carbs and keep me full for a good long time. You may have a mineral deficiency. Try supplementing with magnesium, calcium, and potassium. I eat lots of avocados for the potassium, drink almond milk that's fortified with calcium in my smoothies every day, and take a magnesium supplement and I rarely get muscle cramps anymore.

Kangoo! It's the most fun workout I've ever done, and according to my HRM, I burn between 900 and 1200 calories per workout (one hour). I do Kangoo 2-3 times per week, and usually one tabata boot camp-style class and/or one pilates class. I've just started using My Fitness Pal and this is my first post. :-)
