I have very fair, sensitive skin, dark hair and blue eyes. No sun screen = boiled lobster. I have found Aveeno to be a great sunscreen. I usually put on 30 or 50 SPF to go running and 15 for the rest of the day.

I had 6 physical therapy sessions and laid off lifting anything heavy with that arm for a couple of months, feels 100% better now. I've got full range of motion now. Good luck!

Sounds like what I had, rotator cuff tendonitis. Painful as hell, I couldn't lay on my right side at all. It took physical therapy to clear it up, but it feels much better now. Best advice is see your GP or an orthopedist. Good luck
