I use flavored Coffee-Mate Peppermint Mocha or International Delight York Peppermint Patty. My creamer is one thing I won't give up. - I love unsweetened almond milk, and that is what I drink, but I do NOT like it in my coffee, for some reason it gives it a cardboard-like aftertaste.

Pizza made with portobello mushrooms. :noway:

A tumbler of coffee, and eggs. I have eggs (as a sandwich, or with toast) most weekdays and usually yogurt or cereal on the weekends.

Splenda and International Delight creamer. If I'm out of that, I use unsweetened almond milk.

3 egg whites with low-fat cheese and salsa, a roma tomato, and 16oz coffee with peppermint mocha creamer. I have eggs almost everyday; it is a main source of protein for me.

My new favorite is the Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Dressings. The ranch flavored dressing is only 45 calories and 3 grams of fat for 2 tablespoons, and it is so delicious. - Some mornings I have it for breakfast on sliced tomatoes. I love, love, love it. Wish I had discovered it sooner. Boiled eggs and cottage cheese (low-fat)…

Oikos is on the sweet side and Chobani is on the sour side. I like them both, but I prefer the sweetness of Oikos.

Oatmeal, a tbsp or 2 of PB2 (or a spoonful of pb), chocolate chips, and a splash of almond milk. This is my new favorite, but I usually save it for the weekends, as most days I have eggs for breakfast.

I love me some peanut butter. My favorite is Skippy Extra Crunchy, but I don't buy it often. I am now on a PB2 kick, but will probably indulge in some natural peanut butter soon.

If you want to add egg whites to your smoothie, pasteurized powdered/dried egg whites would probably be your best bet.
