I am sorry for your losses. I know your question was about diet, but after my miscarriage I joined the getting pregnant board on Baby Center and found a lot of support and answers. It took me 5 months before I got pregnant again and now I have an 8 month old baby.

I am 5'4 & 3/4 and am 37 years old. I also forgot to mention that breast feed my son, who was born in December. I feel very blessed to have a healthy baby. He has not gotten a single cold or ear infection.

When I was trying on clothes last week, I felt I looked good in the outfit instead of being shocked with how fat I looked like last winter. Also, seeing how my husband looks at me again like when we were first married. I just feel so much better in general to be at a healthy weight.

A few things that have helped me lose weight have been: Tracking all my food every day. Eating mainly healthy whole foods. Eating often, but small portions. No alcohol, no pop, no juice. My Calories are set to 1560, but I typically use 300 of my exercise calories, bring up my total to 1800-2000 per day. I also nurse my baby who is not on any solids yet. I workout nearly every day, but nothing crazy. Typically running or walking for 40 minutes in the morning and about 3-4 times a week I do the Curves work out. I also forgot to mention that I had a baby in December 2012. I am 37 years old.
