  • I think something a lot of people don't realize is that "low fat" is NOT the same as "low calorie". I think people assume that if something is "low fat" then it is a healthier option when that is not always the case.

  • I've never tried it but I know they make a "spray in" waterless shampoo...perhaps that might be an option. Or perhaps baby shampoo? Maybe it will be gentler.
