I see that your goal weight is 145 which is a 52 pound difference. and it seems as if you want to lose that by the end of march. believe and you can achieve. I put my mind to it over the past little bit and i have been able to lose almost 10 pounds. Its crazy what you can do. eat healthy and even just walk and you will lose weight in no time. losing weight starts in the kitchen.
