my doc said the best thing for injuries ...is to alternate between ice & heat..........ice for 15 min or so & then heat for 15 or so ......... it probably wouldn't hurt to use a knee brace as well, even when you are not running or walking.....also, advil is a really good anti inflammatory...........good luck!

yes......done ww several times......it always works but it is the same principal as this......i like this better because i dont have to plan to be anywhere at a certain time & its free!

in the exercise diary.....just type in treadmill & it comes up.....however, sometimes i dont burn as much on the actual treadmill as this site says i should have......so on those days, i just make sure to change the calories burned according to my treadmill

i just recently started drinking green tea......it has taken some getting used to but i'm starting to enjoy it.....at least it is warm & totally good for you......i add about a teaspoon of sugar........liptons green tea w/ lemon & honey is my fav. so far....hope this helps....
