Bulking is definitely the hardest. I can't even hold down 2-cups of oatmeal without feeling like I am going to rupture my stomach and vomit at the same time.

Ok thanks guys, I'll check with my doctor, but I don't think I have fructose malabsorption. From looking at list of "problematic foods" the majority of them don't bother me unless I eat too much of it. Had my gall-bladder taken out in 2011. Surgeon remarked that my stomach was "smaller than normal." Or maybe it was a different doctor who told me...I've been in and out of the hospital most of my life for IBD issues and can't remember who told me what or when.
