I like the idea of the band but I had a fitbit but it was so ugly I didn't want to wear it all the time which neagates the point. Someone needs to make a nice…

I have started Body Revolution today, did workout 1 this morning and was really happy and proud when I finished. Was hard but I am pretty strong so not quite as bad as I was expecting. I just watched the cardio DVD so I know what to expect later....suicides...eek!!!

I did Shread and found that longer stretching helped with the soreness afterwards. I did Jill's ones twice and really push into it, makes a BIG difference.

Kimmer, I am using weights, I spend 30 mins on cardio and about the same on weights (I have a trainer at the gym who has helped set me up with a programme to help me lose weight). Why has MFP given me a figure of 1320 a day then?? I was doing better on the other website I was using....tempted to go back to that an just use…

What is this P90X that everyone is talking about and is it worth however much it costs?

well then I have no idea how much to eat. I am eating what MFP is telling me, I used to use another website called weightlossresources.com, that put me on 1600 which I think it more reasonable for my weight but my thoughts were the less I eat the more I lose.........but it doesnt seem to be working like that!!!! I am just…

I work out 2 or 3 times a week and I walk to and from work everyday so on the days I am going to the gym I work out for about 1hr 45 mins on the other days I walk for between 30 and 45 mins. My BMR according to MFP is 1854 and I am eating about 1320 a day. So I am making a deficit of 500 cals a day. The only thing I can…

Oh hunny, why is the guy still on your life?!?! I hope he either meant it as a joke or it was a one off comment. If he ever speaks to you like that again show him where the damn door is. Knob!! You have made a fantastic achievement so far and you will continue to lose weight, but remember who you are doing it for; you, not…

if this is your first week of doing everything that is very possible. well done, thats a great start, I would love a loss like that. congrats

I get that on the cross trainer, I have been told its nothing to worry about but i cant remember the reason behind it though. never had it on the treadmill though xx

You have no reason to be anything but proud of what you have achieved. Most people couldn't lose that much by themselves or even have the drive to lose that on their own. Congratulations, you have done a wonderful job xx

All the time love, believe me you are not alone. I lost 2 1/2 stone a few years back and within a few months so trying to maintain had out back on 9lbs, got used to being that weight and then slowly put it all back on again, and two lbs extra!!! I have had some ups and downs this time round too so you are not the only one.…

omg, I know exactly where you are coming from....I cannot stop eating today!!! I have gone well over my calories today and have gone over (by varying amounts!!) over the last few weeks and am struggling to rein it in. I am emotional eater and find it hard to have a bad day and not reach for the chocolate. I have taken…

I'd like to know that as well, my body is slowly becoming one big silver stretch mark!!

You are not the only one to experience this (clearly looking at all the responses!!) but I had this the other week, I was feeling blue to tried to make myself feel better with food. But it made me feel worse like it did you and I spent the next week and a 1/2 feeling terrible because I was eating everything in sight. But…
