I've lost 14lbs. in 5 weeks. So that's about 2lbs. a week. I count this as my intital weight loss. I do eat my exercise calories, but not all of them, I try to leave at least 50 or so.

They are about 4 minutes long, but there are several you can do. I did the same two for 40 minutes! LOL!! I wanted to learn all the dance steps...it's fun!

I've looked into this and the majority of the people here say that YES you need to eat your exercise calories. Don't remember exactly which post I read, but browse the forums and it should be there.

I have tried that package stuff and my stomach can't handle it. Don't get me wrong I don't eat fast food on a daily basis, I'd say about twice a week maybe, the rest of the time I pack lunch. Same thing here. I've lost 9lbs. since I joined MFP and 4lbs. on my own before joining... total of 13lbs. My jeans fit so much better and even a little lose at the waist, but my measurements are the same! From previous experience, I've noticed that weight loss and measurements tend to show a lot more at about 20lbs. lost.…

Yes, it's crazy, TOM left about a week ago already and my weight fluctuates up and down about two pounds. I seem to be stuck. I read somewhere on here that when you are stuck you should eat a cheat meal, so today I had a burger with the works. I still did my workout, but I hope this cheat meal thing works.

Yes, it is very frustrating! I weighed myself yesterday morning and then when I weighed myself again this morning it shows almost a 2lb. weight gain!!! Now I know that can't be possible because I have been exercising just about everyday (one day off). I hope it's muscle from biking! LOL!!

I eat most of them too. Usually I only have about 35-75 left over. I think if you are alloted so many, then you should try to eat as close to your allowance as possible.

You look great! Keep it up. I had lost 40 lbs. about 2 years ago and I gained 38 back this past year, so now I am determined to lose it again! Thanks for the pics....gives us motivation!
