More exercise, more food?? Really??
I have been working out more often than my original MFP goals. So, today I adjusted my goals to show the new workouts and it increased my calorie goals as well! Is this correct? Do I really need to eat more now that I am exercising more? I can barely eat all my calories now, I don't know if I can fit anything more in! lol

24lbs. down...pics. Can you tell the difference?
I had lost 4lbs. before I came back to MFP. I've lost 20lbs. since I came back , January 6. It has taken me 3 months to lose these 20lbs and I feel great, but do get discouraged (sometimes) at how slow it seems to be coming off. Do any of you go through the same thing? Does it matter what you eat as long as you stay under your calorie goal?
