Thank you all for your responses! I only just joined this site and just now recorded everything I ate yesterday and today in the food log. Yesterday: 1287 total calories, and probably of note is that the calculator says I was 97 under in carbs, 39 over in fat, and 21 over in protein. Today my total calories were only 1115…
