I do feel more toned. I looked at my arms this morning after a jazzercise class last night, and I noticed that they aren't as jiggly anymore. The same goes for my legs! People have told me that the stomach/abdomen area is the absolute LAST place that weight loss will be seen, but I'm not sure if this is true...
