I know this thread is old but I have Zumba Fitness Rush and I find the calorie counter to be pretty accurate. I do have the game for the XBOX 360 which I use the Kinect for. I exercise whenever I wake up which is usually in the morning. I have to do it in the morning or whenever I wake up because it won't get done.

I'm currently weighing at 190 pounds and am 5'8. My goal weight is in the 160-170 range. I know personally that if I weighed lower than 160, I would look a bit sickly.
