Hi, I completely relate. Infant only yesterday I logged my diary (a binge day) and felt so ashamed but I'm hoping this will help me control it! I don't know why I do it but I'm glad I'm not the only one! Stick with mfp and do log it ALL!

I used to daily headaches and after ruling out all foods I eventually went to the doctors, turned out I had a hormone imbalance! Don't get daily headaches now but do still get hormonal headaches each month. They went through a number of options before discovering the hormone imbalance. Eye test, sweeteners, pain killer…
