You CANT spot burn off fat. So even though ab exercises will help tighten & tone the ab muscles, only diet will eventually get rid of the tummy flab. And the fat leaves in any order it wants to lol, although I personally see a "last on first off" kind of lose. Belly always seems to be the last to go....................:(

You cant go wrong with sauteed mushrooms onions & spinach (or any other veggie combination) a tiny bit of oil with whatever spices you like, for me garlic & pepper. Im the same way, I dont like the taste of "lite" stuff & "fat-free" I use regular ranch, regular sugar in my coffee, real butter etc. I use a little less. The only thing I switched was to low fat coffee creamer.
