When I started working out 3 months ago, I could barely do 10 minutes on the bike and a few weight machines and I needed a nap & a hot bath. I've been sustituting ground chicken in things lately, or cutting the ground beef I use with 1/2 ground chicken. None of the kids seems to have noticed so far & hubby doesnt seem to mind. I know theres debate - should u do cardio b4 or after strength, this isnt a debate question. It's IMPOSSIBLE to eat exactly 1200 (or any other amt) of calories with all your other stuff being exact too.
