I WAS doing the same thing, I hated depriving myself, plus every once in awhile I felt like something sweet. Not usually a problem for me, I'm more of a carbs person. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my roasted on the grill toss THICK cut fresh veggies with a little olive oil, season how you like & pop them on the BBQ asparagus, corn on the cob (cut it in 2ich slices) onions (vidalias especially) asparagus, peppers, zucchini & squash (cut longwise) potatoes & sweet potatoes are great this way too
