I was dong shred in addition to my regular 45min-1hour workout 5 days a week I do 30minutes of weights and 15-30 minutes f cardio then I would go home, start dinner, & do shred while dinner ws in the oven. I think that if it's ALWAYS been a part of your daily routine, before you started MFP I personally would not count it. You were doing it allready & you gained weight. Same thing, I think, if you are a waitress or someone else who is moving around alot on a daily basis, I wouldnt count it. I only count the exercise…

it's the moving the furniture to vacumn that gets me. PLUS every week I steam clean at least one room. (One of the dogs REFUSES to potty train lol)

everyone is different but from what i've seen the more weight you have to lose the less of them you need to eat back. Maybe your body burns thru the stores fat or something?

looks like u may not be eating enough. try adding 2 or 3 small snacks between meals, yogurt, fruit, some raw veggies. and maybe track your sodium. Your not tracking that u drank any water yesterday, that may be part of the problem too if your not drinking any/enough

You cant spot lose fat. Too bad huh, it comes of where/when it wants to. Ab exercises will help the muscle inderneath look good when the fat comes off. Just keep it up

its 3 6 minute circuits. (3 strength, 2 cardio, 1 abs) thats 18, I add the warmup/cooldown so i use 20 plus I'd rather underestimate by a few minutes than over estimate

First & foremost, stop thinking this is a "diet" this is about living your life in a healthier way, & making better choices. I agree with the tea. I read a hot beverage after a meal helps you feel full. I know it works for me. You might try green tea, which is supposed to help burn fat, not sure how much you'd have to drink, but heck, every little bit helps
