  • Thanks guys! For a LONG while (like 2 months) that darn scale did not move. I went to the doctors and he said keep doing it and it will start to come off. Sure enough, a few days after seeing him it finally started to drop. People from work and the gym have been noticing. Definitely keeps me in the spirits to keep going.
