YOU CAN DO IT!!! Just don't do it everyday, your body needs time to recover. Also vary the exercises between planks and crunches, that way, your body won't get used to one exercise, and work slightly different parts of your stomach each time. Variety reduces the chances of you getting bored too! :wink:

You may want to consider doing "planks". I had the opinion that it could not be of any benefit, however, the tummy burn the following morning sort of proved me wrong!!
