I'm in. Started using my fitbit again and also signed up for their challenges too. Brilliant motivational tool even if you are just challenging yourself. Often find myself walking down the corridors for no particular reason other than to increase steps!!

I have the fitbit flex. It has encouraged me to be a bit more active, so I purposely move around a lot more at work to get the steps in. I was surprised at my sleep record as I thought I slept quite badly, but surprisingly, very little restless/awake periods. All in all, the flex is good although still quite basic but can…
