  • I'm 24 and have used MFP throughout my 20's to pull me back to reality of what I'm putting in my body. As you use this tool with your workouts I think you become more aware naturally of `your body, what you need to feel good/healthy, and what works for you.

  • I just finished Week 3 today. When I did workout 3 on Monday for the first time, it was harder than day 1 with workout 1. I felt nauseous and so winded. But even by Thurs it had gotten easier. I just went and bought heavier weights today so we'll see what I think Monday when I do it again!!

  • I've been using the calculator on here but I just ordered a polar ft4 from amazon yesterday and got my email today that it shipped. Got it cheaper online than in store at some local spots near me. I'm excited to finally get one.
  • I had my monthly visit from tom at the start of my 3rd week as well. I worked out through it as usual at my normal 5:30am time. I think it helped actually. I didn't feel as run down as I normally do during tom's visits.
