Inch by inch.... I have fluid build up in my inner ear (%^&*$# cold!) so it's hard for me to walk too far without getting really dizzy. Hoping to start catching up tomorrow when I take my son to therapy and we walk home from there.

I eat when I'm hungry. Fortunately my body is hungry at roughly similar times XD

Still.... bleeding.... efffin.... sick!

I stopped tracking sugar altogether XD. My apple a day, carrots and coffee/hot chocolate drinks were pushing it over, let alone the sometime desserts I enjoy! (like low fat ice cream and homemade cookie). I've made peace with sugar at this point and I'm focusing on lowering sodium and keeping carbs in line :)

I guess I'm in the minority :) My husband and I have been through many of the things that tear relationships apart: I cheated on him early on, he had an emotional affair on me over the internet. We have a son with a disability, we have been flat broke and dealt with family drama. I think what worked for us and made our…

I use both: LBS for tracking trends (it's nice to see when I'll get more weight and more importantly, WHY so I can either prep for it or avoid it) and inches to feel good about what I'm doing XD. I approach my weight loss a bit clinically though, so numbers don't bother me. Fitting into smaller pants though..... ahhhhhhhh,…

The zombie shuffled around today and felt miserable and sick. (I need a zombie ticker, LOL!)

Pffft, I'm 5'7" too and 160 is my goal weight. i chucked BMI out the window, lol! I just don't think I'd look very good at 150 lbs anymore; I'd be a stick and lose my curves. body fat percentage always seemed more important to me.

I found a good recipe for tuna salad that is under 300 cal per serving. It has tuna, a bit of mayo, pepper, sea salt (I skipped it myself, but it's in the recipe) spinach, apple, and green onion (and cranberries, but no one in my house likes dried cranberries so I didn't add them). I can send you the recipe if you like :)

sick sick sick. Hoping tomorrow will be better

So much om nom food! But here's what I've made sure is at least on the list of food I'll be eating (no one else is really on the weight loss train atm, lol) Swiss Knight Guyere cheese. Portion control is an awesome thing for me. Tuna Spinach Wraps Apples (Granny smith for me) Quaker Mini crisps (my chip replacement)…

It could be an intolerance; lactose and gluten can both sneak in anything. My sister is severely lactose intolerant and she has to be very careful of what she eats because things like whey powder set her off! I agree with what everyone else is saying too; keep track of what you eat and when you feel worst and cross check…

Coming down with a cold and it is so soggy out there that you could practically wash the dishes in it :/ Hope the muck clears off!

*mutters something rude* I answered it, but for some reason I did it as a separate post, so here goes again, lol. When you go to Community and you're in the forums, underneath the Message Boards>>Niche>>Topic heading, there should be five links. One of them is My Topics. Click on that and it will pull up everything you've…

If you go to the Community Tab and then underneath the Message Boards>>whatever niche>>whatever topic, there should be five links. One of them is My topics. Click on that and it will pull up all of the topics you've answered too recently (top 20 I think). That's how I've been doing it anyway.

Echhh, today was either going to be heaps of miles or very few.... very few it was!
-
I had toast with PB&J today and a coffee with hot chocolate in it because I thought I'd be running around today and need the energy (nothing has panned out that way though!) That's my go-to meal when I'm going to roaming the city during the day. On 'down' days (ha!), I have Post Honeycomb cereal and coffee/hot chocolate.…

Height: 5'7" 27 year old female with one child. Heaviest: 200ish...? I was living in a happy little denial land for several months, lol. When I got on the scale back in March it was 200.2 or something like that. Lightest: Pffft, not sure. 150ish in university I think. Obviously I was lighter earlier than that too, but no…

Just about half way the month since I lose my internet (temporarily) on the 22nd, lol. How's everyone else doing?

I'm really weird-I have good self confidence, UNTIL someone compliments me! lol! I was bullied in high school (all back biting), so it made me really suspicious of people complimenting me or whistling at me or anything else like that ha ha. Don't compliment my looks and I'm fine-I think I'm da BOSS! As soon as anyone says…

I went outside in the pouring rain, cold wind and general misery (I live in North-Central BC-Spring is very much an abstract concept here, lol) and walked nearly 4 miles. I despise the cold and wet on general principle, so yeah, I'm pretty proud! lol
-
It was raining...and snowing...and cold...and it's my TOM.... but I ate too much dinner (it was nummers) and had to walk it off... at least I broke through 30, lol

Prince George, BC here :)

^^' Coffee Hot chocolate (because I mix the two together) 1000 island dressing (because I eat a lot of salad, lol) Actual FOOD would be Honeycomb cereal (my go-to breakfast when I'm not going to be running all over town) Salad (my lunch and side for dinner generally) Apples (specifically Granny Smith which I like to have…

My meals are done in advance (I shop for the week anyway, so it's easy), but the snacks are sometimes as I go because I can never tell until I get there how hungry I'll be come snack time!
