I like making salad with grilled chicken on it and since I'm TRULY a thing of laziness, I get the Fresh Express salad (either Farmer's greens or American) and the pre-cooked chicken and then toss it together with a bit of 1000 Island dressing. 1/15/15: 142.6, so down about 2.8lbs since last week. I think it was drinking all that water, lol! (I'm weighing in today because this weekend is going to be weird for my body with dancing, a bit of drinking and probably some less than healthy foods to flush out, lol)

Jan 1-146 Jan 8-145.4 I've been having a weird weight week; January 2 I was down to like 142 and then it crawled back up again. I'm just glad to record a loss, lol! This week: Drink more water! I've been really lax about that and it's showing.

I don't have 20lbs to lose, but I would like to recommit to a goal of mine this year that I didn't quite make it to and that's to be at 135 (ideal weight for height), so here goes: SW: 146 Goal for Easter: 135 So, 11lbs to lose. :) I enjoy these groups; I usually kinda thrive in them, lol.
