Sorry! Been having a tough time with my poor arthritis joints so not been around much and totally forgot to post (sorry, Australia/New Zealand)
  • 165 mins (2hr45) however, whenever, wherever
  • BONUS - DAILY:
  • 10 squats (weighted if possible)
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 5 pushups (hardest variation you're capable of)
  • 5 lunges (each side) (hardest variation)

From 15 Jan through 21 Jan inclusive

15/1 - 5.5 mile walk (100 mins), all bonus round stuff (squats w/weights, knee-incline pushups, regular lunges w/weights)

Total: 100
To goal: 65

    My primary exercise during the cold winter months in MA is my stairmaster. Today I did 50 minutes and burned 500 calories. That is th plan for every day this week. I will report back at the end of the week.

    130 min (guys, you are totally motivating, the 50 minutes Nordic walking is my way to work, without you I would find a different excuse every day to take the bus)

    17/1 - bonus round stuff. Takes me about 5 minutes a day, so "adding on" the whole lot at 35 mins today, since it's my 'rest' day
