Wow ... I so missed this challenge ..got busy getting ready to go away for the weekend, came home, got busy at work and didn't check for the challenge... so I had just kept doing the week 2 challenge... I wouldn't want to have to start squats all over again. Lol.
I am pretty sure I got my exercise though... we were at the West Edmonton Mall waterpark... I got the slides with the grandkids -- so stair climbing with 23 pound weights ha ha ...
So I will just have to add the lunges and pay more attention now that I can finally see the groups on my smartphone.
