Well I normally do them all in the same day. I run a couple miles, then do my strength training. I take it you are suggesting I do them on alternating days?

Superfoods are real, but be careful. They seem to be throwing that term around for almost any vegetable now. Real superfoods are things like spiralina, maca powder, etc. Go to a health food store and ask about them. There are some serious benefits to superfoods.

If you are doing heavy exercise, you need to be eating well. The body needs fuel. You may need to eat a bit more before working out. Once you start getting into the routine and your body gets stronger, you will feel added energy and really feel those endorphins. Just stick with it.
