Should I run every day?
I've been running 1-2 miles, every other day. It's not easy yet, but I am able to do it without stopping. FOOD for thought
I am really struggling (mentally) with the food restriction aspect. The whole reason I need to lose weight is because I LOVE food way too much, especially all the foods we shouldn't be eating (chicken fingers, cheese fries, pizza, ice cream, chocolate, mac and cheese, buffalo chicken dip, skyline, etc...).
