I eat a bowl of cereal with almond milk for breakfast, or an everything bagel with cream cheese. For lunch, I usually have a big salad with annie's dressing, or bowl of soup wih a side of bread or crackers.

I wear capris. They are the compression kind (basically spandex) that way you never have to deal with riding up or chafing or any of that.

Eat some carbs. Your body needs energy, carbs will give you that. Don't go crazy with it, but eat a balanced diet, get some sleep, and instead of focusing on what you can't do, focus on what you can and push yourself.

If you have cable, you should get the fitness channel for free. If not, do side bends, crunches, jumping jacks, etc... Youtube has a lot of videos. Don't focus on what you can't do. Focus on what you Can do

The main thing to focus on is that you want to get better. That is a great start. You have a good resource here with MFP. Here's something to try: can your man can bring you treats that are not food? How about flowers, or jewelry, or little trinkets?

Running OUTSIDE! That is the best way to reduce your hips, thighs, and core (even my doctor says so). Also- go buy some real running shoes. They are expensive, but they will minimize the impact on your body and help you run further without pain.

That's up to you. Alot of people eat back exercise calories, alot don't.

No. Just saying, there are plenty of studies that show diet is directly related to health. the better your diet, the better your health.

Your boobs will go down a bit, but seeing your pic, it's unlikely you will lose them. Maybe a size or two, but when the rest of your body gets smaller, it doesn't look like a change. Just get really good bras, and you'll be fine. You are very pretty btw. I doubt you'll have any body issues.

If you are going over on fat, that could be the issue. Try to keep ALL of your goals in the green. This can be very tricky, but it's possible. I tend to pre-plan my day. I'll put in what I plan on eating for the next day, see what it looks like, then adjust accordingly. Good luck!

Your bra has nothing to do with it, although the doctors say being fully clothed adds about 3 pounds. I always weigh myself naked (or just underwear) in the morning.

^ this Exactly! Skinny does not mean Healthy. If all you want is to be skinny, sure you can eat all the McDonalds you want and work out all day and that should do it. If you want to be healthy, maybe you should look into not pumping your body full of chemicals. It's pretty simple.

Not true - if that were the case, you could eat glue and call it healthy if it fits in your calories. Skinny is different than healthy.

Good job! I used to only be able to run maybe 5 minutes at a time. Now I can run 2 miles without stopping. You'll get there, just stick with it!
