  • Welcome! You should check out You Tube for easy non-impact beginner workouts. Even if you start out doing 10 minutes - 10 minutes of moving is better than just sitting.   • ...Aaaand, if you get tired of all that...Try Chicken of the Sea Salmon in the pouches - less than $1 each for the 2.5oz pouch at Walmart! So good! I love it with avocado slices and some banana peppers...Yum!

  • If you like yogurt, give Chobani Greek yogurt a try! Greek yogurt has more protein - about 14mg - and less sugars than traditional yogurts. I know this has sure helped me with my proteins. It's excellent as a snack or as an addition to any meal. I try to eat 1-2 a day. I hope this helps :)
