My Family loves turkey burgers. I dice up an onion, and throw in a can of green chiles. They are so good.

The same thing is happening to me. I'm 5'1 and started at 260 lbs. I have now lost 20 lbs and my waist is not any smaller at all. My pants are a little loose, but not what I expected.

Wow, Im so glad to hear I'm not the only one. I started 2 weeks ago and am still on week 1. I was worried about moving on to week 2 because I cant finish all of it. I have a hard time with the pushups, and the running man.
